  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

4. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

  • Free standard shipping is available on all domestic orders over $100.
  • Shipping charges for orders below $100 will be calculated at checkout.
  • International shipping rates vary based on location and selected shipping method.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.
  • BrandsonUSA is not responsible for any additional customs charges. These fees must be paid by the customer.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking information first.

7. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • You can request modifications or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • Once your order has been shipped, we cannot make changes or cancel the order.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted locations.
