Brandson USA 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

At Brandsonusa, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Our 7-day return & exchange policy allows you to return or exchange items purchased from our website within 7 days of receipt for any reason.

When you return an item, you will receive store credits, which can be used for future purchases. To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that:
✔ The product remains unused.
✔ All original tags and packaging are intact.
✔ The product is in its original condition (you may try it on but must handle it with care).

📌 Important Notes:

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability and are only applicable for size changes.

  • If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, we recommend returning it for store credit and placing a new order.

Exceptions & Rules for Returns & Exchanges

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items purchased from third-party distributors (online or offline) cannot be returned to us.

📦 Return & Exchange Conditions:

  • All items must be unused and in their original packaging (e.g., Lehenga must be returned in their original Lehenga Box).

  • Please allow 24 hours post-delivery for the order status to be updated in your Brandson USA account.

  • When submitting a return/exchange request, ensure that only the specified items are handed over to our courier partner.

🚚 Self-Shipped Returns:

  • If you choose to self-ship your return/exchange, kindly pack the items securely to prevent damage during transit.

  • We recommend using a reliable courier service.

  • A fixed reimbursement of $5 will be provided for self-shipped returns, subject to meeting our Return & Exchange Policy guidelines.

  • Any self-shipped product without prior notification through our return/exchange process will not be processed.

2️⃣ Refunds via Store Credits:

  • All refunds will be processed in the form of store credits, which you can use for future purchases.

3️⃣ Return Pickup Facility:

  • We offer a pick-up service in select locations based on our courier network availability.

  • If you opt for pickup, please place the product(s) in a secure package.

  • Ensure that the product is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags intact.

  • Our courier will pick up the return within 1-3 business days from the request placement date.

  • Please keep the package ready to expedite the return process.

4️⃣ Self-Shipped Returns:

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you can self-ship the product(s) using any reliable courier service.

  • Pack the item securely, ensuring it is unused, unwashed, and all tags are intact.

  • Include a piece of paper inside the package with your Order Number & Return ID.

5️⃣ Store Credit for Self-Shipped Returns:

  • Share your courier tracking details with us via email at brandson670@gmail.com for a $5 store credit as a reimbursement for the shipping cost.

  • Note: Any product self-shipped after 7 days of raising a return request will not be accepted.

📩 Return Confirmation:

  • Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email.

  • Store credits will be added to your Brandsonusa account for future purchases.

Steps to Initiate an Exchange

1️⃣ Go to ‘My Orders’:

  • Visit the ‘My Orders’ section on the Brandson USA Website.

  • Select the item you wish to exchange and follow the instructions.

  • Make a note of the Exchange ID generated at the end of the process.

2️⃣ Exchange Pickup Service:

  • We offer a pickup facility in select locations based on our courier availability.

  • If pickup is available, securely pack the product(s) and ensure it is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags intact.

  • Our courier partner will pick up the item within 1-3 business days.

3️⃣ Processing Your Exchange:

  • Once your item is picked up, we will initiate the exchange process within 24-48 hours.

  • Your new product (in the requested size) will be dispatched within 48-72 hours.

4️⃣ Self-Shipped Exchanges:

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, you can self-ship the product using a reliable courier service.

  • Ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags intact.

  • If you experience another size issue with the exchanged item, you may self-ship the product back for a store credit or refund.

  • Further exchanges for the same order will not be provided.

💰 Shipping Reimbursement

  • For all self-shipped returns, we offer a $5 store credit as a shipping reimbursement.

  • This credit will be added to your account for future purchases.

🚨 Important Notes

  • We must receive your self-shipped return/exchange within 7 days of your request.

  • Any package received after 7 days will not be accepted.

  • If you do not follow the return/exchange process before shipping, we will not process the return.

You can self-ship the products you wish to return/exchange by any reliable courier service within 7 days of raising a return/exchange request. Any product self-shipped after 7 days of raising a return/exchange request will not be considered.

We aim to process your refund as quickly as possible. The refund process depends on the return method you choose:

1️⃣ Refund for Picked-Up Returns

  • Once your product is picked up by our courier partner, we will initiate the refund within 24 hours.

  • The refund will be processed in the form of Brandsonusa Store Credits, which will reflect in your account within 24 hours.

  • A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

2️⃣ Refund for Self-Shipped Returns

  • If you self-ship your return, the product will go through a quality check upon arrival at our warehouse.

  • Once the product passes the quality check, the refund will be initiated within 24-48 business hours in the form of Brandsonusa Store Credits.

  • The refunded amount will reflect in your account within 24 business hours after initiation.

  • If the product fails the quality check, we will not be able to process the refund.

💡 Note:

  • Store credits can be used for future purchases on Brandsonusa.

  • For self-shipped returns, a $5 store credit is also provided as a shipping reimbursement.

  1. If you are returning/exchanging multiple products from a single order together, we will generate a single Return ID/Exchange ID for all products and you will receive an e-mail and SMS confirmation for the same
  2. You can return as many items from a single order within the 7 days return policy. We will accept your return/exchange and arrange a reverse pick-up for the same.

We make three attempts to pick up the item. If the item is not picked up on the third attempt, the pickup request will be marked as failed.

If you receive a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect order from Brandson USA, please follow these steps:

1️⃣ Report the Issue Within 48 Hours

  • Inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Provide clear images of the product received to help us process your request.

2️⃣ How to Submit Your Complaint?

  • Go to the ‘My Orders’ section on the Brandson USA Website.

  • Click on ‘Return’ and follow the instructions to upload the images.

📸 Image Requirements:

  • Upload at least 3 and up to 5 images.

  • Make sure the images are clear and highlight the damaged/defective/missing part of the item (preferably marked in red).

  • Include an image of the original tags, labels, and invoice.
